Community Development Manager
The successful candidate will develop strategies and goals consistent with the Agency’ mission for successful growth and administration of all programs. The successful candidate will also originate long-term resources including the development of funding opportunities and structure of public/private funds. The minimum requirements for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in urban planning, business administration, real estate, finance or related field. The successful candidate will also possess five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in supervision, general administration, affordable housing, real estate finance, or real property acquisitions. Bilingual in English/Spanish and/or English/Hmong is highly desirable. The Agency offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
